CAF AFRICAN SCHOOLS CHAMPIONS : St Mary’s Kitende returns richer, focus on nationals

St. Mary’s Kitende Boys football coach, Hassan Zungu, has revealed that his team gained valuable lessons from the CAF African Schools Championships, which concluded this week in Zimbabwe. Kitende finished in second place and received a cash prize of over 700 million. The team lost to Senegal 5-4 in a penalty shootout after a goalless draw. The team returned this morning and will now shift focus to the national championships.
