For any successful championship, there has got to be amenities where the events proper, training sessions, accommodation and other administrative tasks are executed.

The 35th edition of the Total Energies Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) tournament in Morocco has been definitely well planned.

From the lavish hotel facilities of the teams and officials, world class stadia and training venues to state-of-art amenities for the supportive team, all is according to script.

There are nine stadia that will be used for hosting of the all the matches, right from the competition kick-off on Sunday, 21st December 2025 to the grand climax on 18th January 2026.

The stadium with the largest capacity is Grand Stade De Tanger (Ibn Batouta) with 75,000 seating capacity in the city of Tangier whilst the Stade El Barid in Rabat city has the lowest seating capacity of 18,000 people.

Uganda’s first match will be played on the 23rd December 2025 at the Stade Olympique Annexe Complexe Sportif Prince Moulay Abdellah, against Tunisia.
