Principal Judge Jane Frances Abodo says President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni has advised the Judiciary to use the Ggaba children’s murder case to test mobile courts by taking proceedings to the scene and handling them there with urgency. Justice Abodo made the remarks during a memorial service for the late retired Supreme Court Justice Augustine Sebutulo Nshimye. She says the case will be handled this week.
This comes as the government revises its earlier directive and clears two schools run by Ggaba Community Church to reopen after their closure following last week’s tragic killing of four children. However, the day care centre is to remain closed.
