Music producer Didi Muchwa, popularly known as Producer Didi, has unveiled plans to establish a charitable foundation as his major focus for the year.

The initiative will primarily support people living with HIV, orphans, widows, and other underprivileged individuals facing hardships caused by unexpected life challenges.

According to the producer, preparations are already underway, and the official launch is expected very soon.

Beyond offering social support, the foundation will also incorporate a fully functional music studio.

The studio is intended to equip beneficiaries with practical music production and recording skills, empowering them with creative and income-generating opportunities.

Producer Didi revealed that many of his future music projects will also be released through the foundation’s studio.

The foundation is expected to operate across Uganda, with deliberations ongoing about whether to establish its headquarters upcountry or on the outskirts of Kampala.

Actually, I’m in the planning process of establishing a foundation that will cater to people with HIV, orphans, and widows who are troubled and challenged by life’s unexpected shortcomings. I plan to launch it very soon.

Plus, most of the music will be released from there. It’s going to be the major focus of mine this year. It will be working all over Uganda, but contemplating basing it upcountry or in Kampala.
