- Maroons vs BUL – Prisons Grounds, Luzira 4pm
- Express vs Police – Hamz stadium, Luzira 8pm
Police will be out to complete a rare double over Express when the two teams face off at the Hamz stadium, Nakivubo on Wednesday.
The Cops won the reverse fixture at Kiira Road Police Arena in Kamwokya thanks to goals from Umar Kasumba and Bedia Ikamba that turned Muhamad Ssenoga leveller into a mere consolation.
Matia Lule, who will be facing former paymasters must understand that the last time Police beat the Red Eagles home and away was in 2017/18 season when Abdallah Mubiru was in charge.
A win for Police will see them go into 5th position ahead of Entebbe UPPC who are not in action until Friday away to Lugazi.
For Express, out of the Stanbic Uganda Cup, focus now shifts to the league where they aim to finish in the top eight.
At the moment, they are 10th with 23 points after 21 rounds and must win to close in on the top half of the table.
Kenneth Kimera and company must be at their lethal best against the 2005 champions who lost to NEC in their last league outing.
Elsewhere on Wednesday, Maroons host BUL at the Prisons Grounds in Luzira.
