Hon. Mubarak Munyagwa has expressed strong dissatisfaction with Gloria Bugie following her recent performance at Namilyango College, urging her to conduct herself more decently around students.
Gloria Bugie had been invited to perform at the school, but photos and videos that later surfaced online showed her engaging in dance moves, particularly bending over toward students, that many critics described as inappropriate, especially given that the audience consisted largely of minors.

Reacting to the incident, he did not hold back, labeling the act as unacceptable and harmful.
“What she did is clearly child molestation,” he said, adding that some individuals in the music industry lack self-respect and instead follow questionable trends without considering their impact.
He went further to call for legal action against the singer, insisting that her conduct crossed a line.
According to him, there is a need to promote artists whose content and performances are suitable for younger audiences, rather than exposing students to adult-themed entertainment.
Hon. Mubarak Munyagwa also criticised the nature of her stage appearance, stressing that performers invited to schools should maintain a level of decency.
Gloria Bugie should have performed in a decent attire. She can literally give birth to some of those children.
He concluded by suggesting that both Gloria Bugie and the school’s head teacher should be held accountable for allowing such a performance to take place.
